Q: LED light on remote keep flashing.
1. It's probably caused by low battery, it could be the battery of truck or the battery of the remote controller. Please check and recharge/replace the battery.
2. The remote controller failed to connect the truck. Please turn off both of the remote control truck and controller and try again.
Q: What about the Protection Plan?
Please follow the onstruction sheet.
Q: What is the reason that the battery cannot be recharged and cannot be used after charging for more than 3 hours?
This situation may be caused by over-discharge. Extremely low battery power may causes the battery unable to recharge.
Note: When you not use the truck, please disconnect the battery, whcih will protect the battery life.
